Informatie

ECOPRESS Pro Auto Tie Machine balers have undergone more than 20 years of development in various areas. The wide model range of Ecopress PAM balers is designed to efficiently adapt to different capacity requirements. The machine's performance depends on the characteristics of the input material, including factors such as density, composition, volume, size, moisture content, and more. The production capacity of the baler, measured in tons per hour, varies depending on the input material's density, and you can find specific details in the attached technical specification sheet. Keep in mind that this data is provided as a reference, and customers should consider that the baler requires daily maintenance (cleaning) as specified in the instruction manual and proper feeding of the machine.

GENERAL OPERATION:
Baling - The baler's hopper is equipped with two pairs of sensors located at the bottom to control the feeding operation. When the bottom sensors are activated, the baler initiates the compaction cycle, while it remains in standby mode when the sensors are not activated, awaiting more material. The compaction cycle begins when the ram moves forward, introducing and compacting the material inside the chamber, and then returns to its initial position. To create a bale, the machine performs multiple cycles, with the number of cycles depending on the desired bale density.
